Website projects consist of two key stages; Design and Development. However prior to design we want to understand you and your business and we do this in one or more free consultations.

Consultation

This is in no way a 'hard sell' instead we listen to what your business or project is about, the sector you work in, any USP's (unique selling points), who your end user/target market is, and the ultimate purpose of the website. Whether it be to acquire leads, sell a product, display a portfolio, or the options are infinite! We then add our input and suggest possible solutions and build a quote around these ideas for your consideration.

Design

Once objectives and timescale have been agreed the design stage gets underway. Here we will supply you with a minimum of 3 designs incorporating your logo and corporate identity and designed to bring the key aims of the site to the fore front for the visitor.

We then take on your feedback and undergo an amendments stage where necessary.

Development

After the design has been signed off we begin the development or 'build' stage. This is where all the technical work is done on the designs taking them from static images to coded webpages using XHTML and CSS (style sheets). You will then have a functional website viewable and interactive in Internet Browsers.

We build websites to W3C compliance standards which means your website will load quickly and display in all web browsers correctly. Click the images below to check that this page is validated.

Once the core pages are built we apply all the CMS (Content Management System) features you may require, test and deliver the site online for you to preview.

The website copy will be honed for basic SEO (search engine optimisation) along with the META Tags which are webpage tags used to index pages in search engines which includes page title, description and keywords.

After final testing and completion we go live!

As website projects vary in complexity so do the timescales, but the average start to completion time frame is approximately 4 weeks.
